Tuesday September 7, 2010 
VRS move to 7 days a week, 6am to 10pm PDT
Wednesday December 1, 2010
Service moves to 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day

FEEDBACK Collection:
Feedback collection commencing in August – after phone has been installed for at least 30 days
Feedback will be collected by a point to point VRS call initiated thorough the Sorenson Customer Information Representatives 
*  Questions will be asked via ASL
*  Participant answers and comments will be collected and entered unedited into a TELUS tool
*  5 to 10 questions with comments about:    quality of Service,  quality of Interpretation,  quality of technology,  overall call experience,  open comments
*  Feedback collection every 30 days until Dec 2010 then every 60 days
