BCSD/Slope Elementary Attempt New Guinness World Record

We are searching for someone to act as a witness for the BC School for the Deaf’s participation in attempting to reach a new Guinness world record!
On Friday January 23 (tomorrow!) BCSD/South Slope Elementary is involved with several other schools in Burnaby in attempting to reach the highest number of students having 5 Robert Munsch books read to them at the same time. We need someone outside of our school community to verify our participation. The witness simply has to sit and enjoy watching the classroom teacher sign the stories to our Deaf students.
If you are interested in being a witness for a grade 6/7 class and are available from 11:00am until later in the afternoon, please contact Myrna Ziola as soon as possible at 604-664-8300 (voice) or Myrna.Ziola@sd41.bc.ca

Thank you for your consideration,

Myrna Ziola
Vice – Principal
BC School for the Deaf
