“Hello my name is Cameron.” He signed his name. “I’m on board as GVAD Secretary. We gvad board, we have announcement, what? Our Annual General Meeting, AGM, will be postponed. It’s not on Oct 1st, it’s now on Oct 14th, at 7:30PM to 9PM, our goal. Where? At Douglas College at New West, the room number will be released at later date, documents and other things for members will be released soon, we are trying to work it out. Why it was postoned? We have new accounting program and there was errors that popped up, that we’re sorting out. To make sure everything is good, we postponed it to Oct 14, from 7:30PM to 9PM. For those who are interested to be member or need renew, information to do so is in the comments on where to register, it is through google forms, y ou can pay at AGM or e-transfer to our treasurer. I hope I will see you at the AGM!” He waves good bye and the screen transition to text that says “Questions or Concerns?” “Email info@gvad.ca”
