BCDSF Annual General Meeting is coming up soon.
Friday April 23rd – 6:30pm to 9:30pm ~ Questions and Answers Session
Saturday April 24th – 9:00am to 3:00pm ~ Business Meeting and Election
Where: SportBC campus ~ Room 160 – 3820 Cessna Drive, Richmond
It is time for election new BCDSF board members for the next 2 years duty. Positions such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and possible other positions are available.
Non members are welcome but cannot vote unless sign up for membership. You are welcome to sign up membership before the meeting starts.
Hot Lunch provided: Please reply YES or NO before April 15th if you are coming or not so we can prepare enough meals for everyone.
Parking Advices! Do not pay cash for parking fee ~ use your credit card. We do not know why! But it is good news to save your money. If you use your credit card to pay for the parking lot ~ it will not show up on your credit card statements. We have experience for over a year now and there has been no charges on the credit card statement.
