PROVINCIAL MEDICAL SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETING SERVICES CONSULTATION

The Provincial Language Service, a program of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), is seeking your input. We have held engagement sessions around the province. The purpose of the engagement is to understand the values and specific needs related to creating a successful provincial medical Sign language interpreting services. Deaf, hard of hearing and Deaf-Blind community members came together and provided valuable input. Engagement sessions were held in Kelowna, Greater Vancouver, Victoria and Prince George.
