AMS Signs @ UBC – Instructor for winter 2021/2022 – Job posting

We are looking for an instructor to teach weekly introductory/basic ASL lessons online through Zoom for our club at UBC. This would be a volunteer position, and we plan on having 1 lesson a week, with each session being an hour long. We are flexible as to when the lessons will be held, as long as they are in the evenings on weekdays. No previous teaching experience is necessary!

about us: ‘AMS Signs @ UBC’ is a student-run club that aims to provide an informal and safe space for UBC students to learn and practice sign language while emphasizing the needs of the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing community.
