The Right Honourable Mark Carney, Prime Minister of Canada, sent a letter extending his warmest greetings to everyone marking the International Day of Sign Languages. In it, he reflected on the many contributions Deaf Canadians make to society, thanked the British Columbia Cultural Society of the Deaf for their commitment to advocating for Deaf Canadians, and wished everyone a memorable event.
