Yoga PAH! is giving you the FREE gift of Yoga this christmas.
it is a tradition i have held for two years now.
this is the third year.

WHEN: on SUNDAY, DEC 19, 2010

WHERE: Heart Centre Yoga (on Hastings east of Boundary)
(their NEW studio! bigger than their previous studio a few doors down)

COST: FREE class !! Merry Christmas (normally class is about $10-15 per class)

11:00 a.m. Sleigh Ride 11:45 a.m. Hot chocolate, snacks, ASL stories and a visit from a very special guest dressed in red

Bring a gift $10 or less for your child if you choose
Donate a food item for Food Bank

The DeafNation World Expo 2012 will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, the perfect place to truly bring the Deaf together under one roof, where exhibitions, workshops, entertainment, sporting activities, activities for the children and so on will come together to provide three full days’ worth of many hours of presentations, education and socializing for the attendees. The best thing about the World Expo, aside from the socializing and cultural/language opportunities, will be the free admission to all events.
