Hello BC Deaf community,
The BCVRS has been working very hard since CRTC’s announcement March 27th, to decipher the technical language and to help the BC and Canadian Deaf community participate in CRTC’s Telecom Notice of Consultation 2013-155 with both document & hands on assistance.
We have hosted several drop-ins, helped people write their letters, and make video comments and submissions all at the same time we had a sub-committee team of of Susan Masters, Ava Hawkins, Lisa Anderson-Kellett, Jeffrey Beatty and Lisz Keallen. Some researched and collaborated, some just helped with the task of editing the document. Thanks all to the work you contributed to this document.

BCVRS also wants to express their appreciation and thanks to all the Committees and Deaf communities across the country who hosted town-halls, drop-ins, and assisted our public and Deaf Community to ensure everyone’s “voice” was put forward in the optional formats (letter or video). ~hands waving~
