BC Men’s Volleyball Indoor Team Tryout to create our team for:
Deaf Canada Games
Come & tryout for BC’s team!!!
We will be holding one practice and one tryout for the BCs Men’s Indoor Volleyball Team that will represent BC at the first Deaf Canada Games in Edmonton in May 2012.
Tryout/Selection Dates:
Wednesday, December 21st, 6- 8 pm Gym 3 (Practice)
Saturday, January 7, 10:45 – 12:45 pm – Tryout – Gym 2 (Tryout – team will be selected at this event)

Cost:
The cost of tryout is FREE – but you MUST be a current member of BCDSF to participate. NO-ONE THAT ISNT A MEMBER WILL BE PERMITTED TO PRACTICE OR TO TRYOUT.

Canada Deaf Games
Canada Deaf Games will be held in Edmonton in May. Eight players will make the team. If one is you, you must be willing to:
Attend one week of Games in Edmonton in May
Pay approximately $600 plus food expenses for the week (and/or participate in fundraising). BCDSF will cover the costs of training, but the team must pay for lodging and transportation. All athletes can stay at Athletes village at a fair rate.
Attend training from January – May in Vancouver – we may have a team that will be involved in weekly league, as well as practices twice monthly in South Surrey.

Kyle Brewer will once again coach Team BC. Kyle is a very skilled player and coach, and at the last games lead BC to win gold!!
