Feedback collection commencing in August – after phone has been installed for at least 30 days
Feedback will be collected by a point to point VRS call initiated thorough the Sorenson Customer Information RepresentativesÂ
* Â Questions will be asked via ASL
*  Participant answers and comments will be collected and entered unedited into a TELUS tool
* Â 5 to 10 questions with comments about: Â Â quality of Service, Â quality of Interpretation, Â quality of technology, Â overall call experience, Â open comments
* Â Feedback collection every 30 days until Dec 2010 then every 60 days
