Horizontal Help program – Hosted by Universal Limited Theatre Company

Dates: Sep 18 – Oct 23, 2023 (6 group meeting sessions, Mondays 10am-12:30pm)
Location: either online or in person. Please choose your preference on the application form.
“HORIZONTAL HELP” program hosted by Universal Limited Theatre Company, a Vancouver independent theatre company
What is it?
Weekly artist meetings
Program goals:
-Theatre/film/dance artists come together to support, encourage and help each other plan their artistic project
-We will review each other’s projects and offer feedback.
-Build community and connections
Who can apply?
-Theatre/film/dance/performance artists who are currently developing a project
-We welcome applications from Deaf, HoH, BIPOC, LGTBQIA2S+, Disabled people
Other important info:
-There will be ASL-English interpretation
-We will select 4 participants
-Participants will be paid for their time in meetings, and their time reviewing each other’s materials outside of meeting times. (Materials means: any writing, grant applications, videos, pictures, budget, anything connected to your project.)
