DBT Skills Group
Distress Tolerance
12 weeks
Facilitated by Elizabeth Dagg and Katie Jones
Wednesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm
Beginning on January 25
This group will focus on learning new coping skills for stressful and emotional situations.
The goal is learning to accept and cope with difficult emotions.
This group is open for adults (18+ and up)
