Hello everyone, my name is Cameron. I’m here to let members know who are going to attend AGM or unsure about it because of covid reasons. We will explain what our policy are for the AGM. First, we will require vaccine passport, that means we will also need your license to prove that you are the person on passport.
We also require masks. Both are mandatory before you can enter the AGM. Once all of that is done with, you will be offered hand sanitizer or you can use your own hand sanitizer. Once you’re done with that, one of volunteers or board member will show you where can sit so we can make sure there is social distancing for safety of everyone.
Okay, that’s for covid procedures. For the members who are waiting for AGM agenda and reports. That will be sent very soon, right after this video, you should get your email. Only if you have already registered or renewed your membership. If you haven’t done that yet, please go ahead and register or renew. I will check the forms everyday for new registrations or renews then send the agenda and reports to them until Saturday.
For those who are life time members, do not worry. Whether you register or not, I will still send agenda and reports to you anyway.
For those who are last minute, for any reasons as such as forgetting, didn’t see the video and so on, don’t worry we will have some hard copy of agendas and reports at AGM for you guys to read. If you have any concerns, questions, or confused, please feel free reach out to me at gvadmedia@gmail.com
