BCSDAA AGM, BC School for the Deaf Alumni Association postponed BCSDAA AGM from October 3, 2020 to November 21, 2020 at 11AM due to the low RSVP numbers which have not met our quorum.
Register for Meeting and Survey
Please contact Jascine Peterson at vicepresident@bcsdaa.ca to RSVP AGM by November 4th, 2020. You will receive bylaws amendments and alternations including financial report for your review
Please contact Jeanne at membership@bcsdaa.ca to register as a BCSDAA member if you have not yet done so
How will AGM run?
The AGM will run 2 ways:
- Meeting with Alumni Members using ZOOM to go through Bylaws
amendments (add) and alternations (change), BCSDAA updates, and review
financial report.
- After meeting, survey will be sent to Alumni Members to vote bylaws
amendments and alternations and financial report. Quorum is required. The
revised Bylaws will be shared with the members one more time before sending to
BC Society for approval
Nomination Process for New Board Term
There will be no nomination for a new term of board directors. This is one time exempt due to the global pandemic. The current board directors will remain until next reunion or AGM
