The coming session is on a “Unique Experience with Deafness” Stephanie Alexandra grew up in the Maritimes Provinces and Ontario and has had server hearing loss since infancy. She went through school without sign language because of her ability to comprehend materials. In 1996 Stephanie graduated from SFU. She is not fluent in American Sign Language, yet has learned the basics of ASL and Deaf culture in her 30s, making Stephanie’s experience with deafness unique. – Full Bio should be attached to this email.
