This email is in relation to the Schools for the Deaf Class Action Settlement that is for students of the Ernest C. Drury School for the Deaf, the Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf, and the Robarts School for the Deaf and their predecessors.
Attached is an Adjournment Notice providing details about the adjournment of the fee approval hearing from April 4, 2019 to June 11, 2019, as well as the new objection deadline of May 15, 2019. In an effort to reach as many class members as possible, we kindly ask that you please post this notice on your website, re-distribute it on any listservs your organization maintains and/or otherwise re-distribute it in a manner that will likely come to the attention of class members, such as via a text message blast.
