CLAIMS WORKSHOPS HAVE BEEN SET UP TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO ANY REMAINING CLASS MEMBERS WHO WISH TO SUBMIT CLAIMS BY THE JANUARY 24, 2019 DEADLINE
This information concerns the settlement in the Schools for the Deaf Class Action involving
- the Ernest C. Drury School for the Deaf;
- the Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf; and
- the Robarts School for the Deaf.
Claims workshops have been arranged by Class Counsel at locations in Toronto, Kitchener/Waterloo, London, and Bellville. Claimants can get assistance at these workshops to commission the swearing of the oaths in those claim forms and help to complete their claims forms, if necessary.
If you or someone you know still needs to have someone commission their oath or needs assistance with the completion of a claim form, please consider attending or having them attend one of the claims workshops listed below.
