DEADLINE: October 27, 2017

WHEN: Saturday November 4, 2017

TIME:   Set-up 10:15 to 10:45am, take down/clean up 4:00 to 4:30pm.

LOCATION: 5055 Joyce Street, Vancouver (Joyce Skytrain and Kingsway)

COST: Before September 30, 2017: $35.00/table
After October 1st to deadline 27th, 2017 – $40.00/table

GUIDELINES:

1. Set-up time: 10:15 am to 10:45 am
2. Take down time: 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm (please take your own garbage)
3. No tapes, staples or tacks allow on chairs, tables and walls
4. Bring your own table clothes.
5. Donate 1 nice wrapped gift for door prizes (value $20 or more)
6. Free parking in underground below the building.
7. There will be prizes for 3 top Best Decoration display/table
8. We will not be liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage.
