SRV Canada VRS Information Workshops on Vancouver Island

SRV Canada VRS unites people! Island Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center will be hosting two VRS Information Workshops on Vancouver Island. Come and meet Lisa Anderson-Kellett, the presenter and Charles St-Onge-Scarlett, the Customer Service Representative.

Nanaimo, British Columbia | Saturday, September 16th

Victoria, British Columbia | Sunday, September 17th

Come to the workshop to:

– Share your perspective on how SRV Canada VRS has helped to create new opportunities, connections and conversations

– Learn more about SRV Canada VRS and how it works

– Ask questions, and obtain help from the Customer Service Representative

Those workshops are offered in American Sign Language. They are FREE of charge and everyone is welcome to attend! Refreshments served.

Fun Facts

The Island has two Deaf and Hard of Hearing associations from the community which are the Mid-Island Deaf Association (MIDA) and South Vancouver Island Association of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing (SVIADHH).
