Description: DYT is looking for dynamic team members who, together, will create an amazing and memorable camp experience for children and youth. Staff and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) will work under the direction of the DYT Coordinator and the DYT Team Leader. Job positions/ assignments will be determined on experience and level of education in connection with the job description.
Core Qualifications for ALL Positions:
• You have experience working with children and youth
• You have the energy to work with children
• You have excellent communication skills with people of all abilities and ages
• You are independent, mature, competent, a quick, responsible decision maker with
good boundaries
• You are open to overnight camping and are flexible with schedules
• You have access to transportation for yourself (car, bus or carpooling)
• First Aid is an asset
• ASL fluency is an asset
