Shaw caption problems

Anyone who is a Shaw customer and has problems with captions should contact them for help at dale.henderson@sjrb.ca .

Problems I am aware of that involve Shaw include

– pubs and other public places that are unable to turn captions on for their TVs
– captions that sometimes appear smaller than at other times

Henry Vlug had these problems and was told on January 20th by Shaw that

“we encourage you, and any of our customers with accessibility questions or challenges, to get in touch with our local Customer Care teams for personalized service. You can contact me directly at dale.henderson@sjrb.ca or SMS text to my cell phone at 403-681-4610 should you have any further concerns or feedback.
