Charlotte was a young Deafblind woman from Calgary, but many BC members of the Deaf Community and interpreters knew her from Seabeck Deafblind retreat.
Charlotte MacKinnon sadly passed away midnight on March 12, 2015. Her bright and beautiful smile, and gracious nature will be deeply missed by all whose lives were touched by her presence. The Memorial will be held next Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the Dalhousie Community Church, 5511 Baroc Drive NW in West Dalhousie area, NW Calgary.
