BCSDAA hosts Annual General Meeting (AGM) during reunion every 5th year.
However, the reunion is postponed indefinitely due to the global pandemic,
the AGM must carry on according to the BC Bylaws regulations. The AGM will
be on October 3, 2020 at 11am.
How Will AGM Run?
The AGM will run two ways:
1. Meeting with Alumni Members using Zoom to go through Bylaws
amendments (add) and alternations (change), and review financial
report. Quorum for the meeting is required.
2. After meeting, survey will be sent to Alumni Members to vote bylaws
amendments and alternations and financial report. Quorum is required.
The revised Bylaws will be shared with the members one more time before
sending to BC Society for approval.
Nomination Process for New Board Term
There will be no nomination for a new term of board directors. This is one time
exempt due to the global pandemic. The current board directors will remain
until next reunion.

August 3 2020 to RSVP AGM. You will receive bylaws amendments and
alternations including financial report for your review (per Bylaws, members
must receive them 60 days prior to AGM)
