PLS is seeking applications for the Community Advisory Group (CAG)!
CAG will advise PLS in a number of areas: the provincial model of medical Sign language interpreting services, service coordinator job description competencies, service components to be included in the Request for Proposal for provincial medical Sign language interpreting services, and other components that will help ensure appropriate access for the community.
The ASL announcement and recruitment process for the CAG can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6Ww_1mIVmY&feature=youtu.be and the English version of the same can be found on the PLS website:http://www.phsa.ca/our-services/programs-services/provincial-language-service#In–the–community
We would like to ensure that all eligible persons have an opportunity to apply for the CAG, so we would greatly appreciate it if you could post it on your website and share it widely.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Kiran
