The Provincial Language Service, a program of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), is seeking your input. Based on previous community feedback, it is important that we engage further. To help, we have hired Delaney + Associates to lead this engagement process.
This engagement is meant to understand the values and specific needs of the Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing and Deaf-Blind communities and help us develop a client-centred approach to service delivery for provincial medical Sign language interpreting services.
Please join us for engagement sessions either in:
1. Kelowna: 2 pm, February 3, 2018,
Pathways Seniors Centre, 150-D Gray Road, Kelowna,
or
2. Greater Vancouver: 6:30 pm, February 16, 2018,
The Provincial Language Service, 1795 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby.
These sessions are an opportunity to provide input on the key characteristics you would like to see in a provincial medical Sign language interpreting service.
If unable to join us for either of the sessions, you can respond to our online survey or call us via Video Relay Service.
Please note that the space is limited, so register soon to reserve your spot. TO REGISTER, please email Emina@rmdelaney.com.
