Hello everybody,

Hope you are all having a good summer!
The BCVRS is pleased to call a TownHall to get community input before we submit our intervention by DEADLINE August 28, 2014.
Note: the flyer & information was shared around Facebook, and Twitter, but now that the Room number just got confirmed, finally we can share the information more widespread:
Townhall Date & Time: Wednesday August 20 6:30 – 8:30pm

Please click this link for the event information: http://bcvrs.ca/2014/08/bcvrs-calls-townhall-to-discuss-crtc-noc-2014-188/
This Town Hall will be unique in that the Committee would like real input from Community members, and we would like people to show up prepared to participate in the discussion.
So, the Committee asks those planning to show up to please watch ASL video courtesy of CRTCeng’s Youtube:
SEE THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO THE TOWNHALL

Some people may be more comfortable reading the original copy in English, see this link:
We are currently working on voice interpreters, Deaf Interpreters & live streaming requests at this time.
Any further questions, please e-mail bcvrsc@gmail.com
Thank you,
The BCVRS Committee

Room and Board Posting

Since it is time for students to return back to academies/universities, I
would like to share my condo (apartment) with a female student during the
academic years. The monthly cost would be $500, including the utilities
like electric, heat, using the washer/dryer (your own detergent), cooking on
your own with your own expense of grocers, having a private bedroom. The
bus stop is located about less than half block about three to 5 minutes to
walk from the condo.

As for further information or questions, please feel free to contact Carolyn
Becker via email address: carolynmae@telus.net
Sincerely,
Carolyn Becker
