Landon Krentz was chosen to be one of the 12 core arts leaders from the Deaf, Mad and disability arts mileu and will be flying to Ottawa to do a workshop design program with the National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts. The program looks at the inclusion of Deaf, Mad and disability arts leaders and practitioners together from across Canada to collaborate and explore the creation of works!
Landon is particularly excited about this opportunity and he wants to understand some of the best artistic practices for d/Deaf artists. If there are any d/Deaf artists in Vancouver, please send him a message. He’d love to hear from you and get some feedback.

WIDHH Tax Night

0

I am sorry to inform you that WIDHH Tax Night is now full. At this time no new people can be accepted for Tax Night.

There are some senior centers that would provide Income tax return for you. They have volunteers who are certified to do Income Tax Return for seniors. Some may have restrictions like you earning too much money or having complicated business/investment income to report.

There are some people who would do Income Tax Return, but they should be certified by CRA sponsored/approved training as to show that they know how to make claims especially deductions on Income Tax Returns.

Also you might want to try UFile or TurboTax online. Both are free if your taxable income is less than $20,000. I have tried both Income Tax Return software last year and earlier this year. They are easy to use and user-friendly.
