Hello,You are invited to our “Disability Social & Intergenerational Event,” an event by All Abilities Connected Communities group supported by PeerNetBC and Inclusion BC.
This “Disability Social & Intergenerational Event” is meant to connect communities that are often separated by disability and age by fostering peer support. This event will allow people to share their lived experiences and gain knowledge from each other. The event will provide the opportunity to share lived experiences on a variety of disability-themed topics including Identity & Culture, Relationships, Fitness and Income.

The event is open to anyone that identifies as having a disability, invisible or visible.
The venue is wheelchair accessible and ASL interpretation will be available. It will be in a scent-free environment as well. Should there be further access needs you may require, please let us know.
Our keynote speaker for the event is David Roche, an inspirational humorist, motivational speaker and performer who has transformed the challenges and gifts of living with a facial difference into a compelling message that uplifts and delights audiences around the world.
