Workshop has been canceled

Come for a very informative workshop by Eileen Marshall!!

What you will learn:

1) What is the difference between anxiety, depression and bipolar?
2) What are the triggers (how cause)?
3) How does a support system help?

Some fun stuff are incorporated into the workshop, for example, “Guess who famous people who have Mood Disorders??” and some courageous dialogue is involved.

When: Saturday June 19th, 2010

Time: 1:00 – 4:00pm. ( you can zoom to the Curling Party afterwards! smile.)

Where: at the Clearbrook Library, 32323 George Ferguson Way, Abbotsford, BC

Deaf Interpreters will be available for those who need. Voice Interpreters only available upon request, please reply ASAP.

Carpooling is available for those wanting to go from the Mainland to the Fraser Valley, please e-mail me ASAP if you want to go but need a ride.
