Reverend Bob Rumball (1929-2016)



The Reverend Robert Rumball passed away peacefully on June 1, 2016. He is recognized as the individual who had the greatest impact on the quality of life, human rights and services for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Special Needs community in the past century. His work began in 1955 in a downtown Toronto church and has grown to serve countless people in need across the province.

Visitation: Friday, June 17, 2016 from 7:00pm-9:00pm at BRCD.

Celebration of Life Service: Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 7:00pm at BRCD.

The Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf, the home that Bob built for so many of us, is located at 2395 Bayview Avenue in Toronto. Additional parking will be available at the adjacent Crescent School.
